at The Promise isn’t your typical Sunday School Program. Children ages 5-11 receive amazing kingdom teaching each Sunday. They are empowered to be who God created them to be and to believe that they can do the things that Jesus did while He was on earth. They are taught that they are princes and princesses in the Kingdom of God. We include our children in our worship service because we feel that it is important for all generations to worship together.
Through the use of demonstration and lessons, we give children an understanding of God’s kingdom and who they are in Him. We encourage them to use the gifts that God has given them, and teach them that miracles, signs, and wonders can be, and should be, performed through them. As their understanding increases, it gives them a boldness and confidence to bring Jesus and the reality of His kingdom to those around them.
